Welcome to the exhibition, titled Du og meg meaning you and I., by Olve Fjeld-Eiken. The exhibition is a conclusion of his stay at the ARV.I Artist Residency in Vishovgrad and will take place at the ARV.I Studio.

As metal cools down at night, lubricant hardens and diligence blurs, leisure nonetheless cuts and welds the essence of labor. Behind bars, frottaged and stoked, Fjeld-Eiken’s sculptures cross paths as bastards mold tin and froth. The reluctance is palpable. As wild tears when jack trolley, subliminal messages unfold as rigid. A question lingers behind the dark throne. Ever eaten a piece of metal? I have. Olve Fjeld-Eiken (b. 1997, Moss, Norway), working and based in Oslo, Norway. He holds a BA from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts in Norway, Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts, and Tokyo Geidai.
